Councils up and down the country are leading the way installing electric vehicle charging points. Hounslow Council will install an additional 2000 EV charge points by 2026, making it easier for residents to transition to electric cars and for visitors to charge their electric cars. The new chargers will be a mixture of on street chargers and in council car parks, giving residents and visitors the choice over where and how they charge their vehicles.
